Admissions Arrangements 2021-2022
The following dates have been set for the Primary admissions round for the academic year 21/22:
14 September 2020 On line application facility opens.
15 January 2021 On line application facility closes.
16 April 2021 National offer day.
Applications must be made on the on line facility, paper applications will only be accepted in very exceptional circumstances
After January 15th Herefordshire Council will not accept any late applications as an ‘on time’ application unless the parent/ guardian can evidence exceptional circumstances or a genuine reason for the late application. Reasons could be as follows:
- Last minute military posting to the county.
- Significant family illness/ upheaval supported by medical or other evidence.
- Late applications with no genuine reason will be held and will be allocated after the initial allocation round, parents will not be notified until after the 16th April annual offer day.
After February 28th 2021 Hereford Council will not accept any late applications for a reception place regardless of reason, applications made after this date will be held and will be allocated after the initial allocation round, parents will not be notified until after the 16th April annual offer day.
