What is the Difference Between The Arctic and The Antarctic?
What Is Happening To The Arctic?
We learn about the animals, people and weather in the Arctic but move quickly on to how the area is changing. 'Global Warming' affects all areas of the world, but we can see the effects of this particularly in the Arctic. We discover what words like 'climate, CO2, greenhouse gases, fossil fuels...etc' mean. Then we delve a little deeper. We investigate questions, such as... What is Global warming? Why does it happen? What are countries doing about it? What can 'I' do to help? What other types of fuel are there, and which are good or bad?
SUSTAINABILITY MEANS MAKING THINGS LAST - we don't want to use it all up!
