Activity 2 

Please share and read the story of the Hungry Caterpillar or watch the video on youtube through the link I have attached. After, discuss the different foods the caterpillar eats and look at which ones you think are his favourite and why some made him feel unwell. Then in your child's home learning book write a list of their favourite foods using the RWI sounds chart to support them. They can also draw pictures of their favourite foods in the blank space above the line. 

Activity 3

Complete page 1 of the fruit addition sheet. You can either print the sheet out and stick it in your child's home learning book or write in the book. For example, write the number sentence (2 + 3 = 5) or your child can draw the fruit in the book. Use the ten town sheet in your home pack to help support writing numbers. You are more than welcome to complete more than the first sheet if your child is interested and keen!
