The following dates have been set for the Primary admissions round for the academic year 25/26:

16 September 2024       On line application facility opens.

15 January 2025              On line application facility closes.

16 April 2025                   National offer day.

Applications must be made on the on line facility, paper applications will only be accepted in very exceptional circumstances

After January 15^th Herefordshire Council will not accept any late applications as an ‘on time’ application unless the parent/ guardian can evidence exceptional circumstances or a genuine reason for the late application. Reasons could be as follows:

• Last minute military posting to the county.
• Significant family illness/ upheaval supported by medical or other evidence.
• Late applications with no genuine reason will be held and will be allocated after the initial allocation round, parents will not be notified until after the 16^th April annual offer day.

After February 26th 2025 Hereford Council will not accept any late applications for a reception place regardless of reason, applications made after this date will be held and will be allocated after the initial allocation round, parents will not be notified until after the 16^th April annual offer day.
