School Complaints Procedure
Our primary goal is to ensure that all children are safe and happy and we take all complaints very seriously here at St Mary's. If you have a concern, however small, please do not hesitate in letting us know so that we can endeavour to help. We suggest that you inform your class teacher in the first instance although Mrs Davies or Mrs Jones are available most days and are happy to help if you need to speak to them. Please read our complaints procedure above if you have been unable to find a satisfactory conclusion to your problem.
