Good morning! To help your child wake up and get moving I thought we would try something different to our normal Cosmic Yoga Monday activity. I have found a fantastic activity called Play Pilates! Emily is a professional physio who has designed a pilates workout which is perfect for children 3-7 year olds. These physical activities will help promote your child's balance and coordination. It takes a while to get started as Emily explains what you need to have/do before you start. You need make sure you have enough space and your child needs a soft toy.
