Write a Diary Entry
(See Monday 23rd if you haven't started a diary yet...)
Tell your diary all about your week so far. What have you done that is different to your usual week days? What have you done that is the same? Who have you spoken to? What act of kindness have you done? What challenge have you set yourself - what small steps can you do to help you achieve it? What can you do to help yourself and your family to stay happy and healthy and what can they do to help you?
If you haven't done so already, write a letter to someone who you know would appreciate receiving a letter at this time - an elderly relative/friend/neighbour - ask your grown up if there is any way of posting your letter.
