HISTORY - Crime and Punishment through the ages
Medieval and Tudor

Children - are you ready to move through time to this era? You will be somewhat familiar with these times having studied Walter Raliegh and of course your visit to the Tower of London. Let's find out a little bit more now about our grim past!

As before, there are 3 levels of worksheet to choose from so pick one which suits you.

In addition to your worksheet - would you like to play a 'hot-seating' game with your grown up?
There are some character cards to help you.

You can Hot-seat a poor person from the Norman period - or a poor person in the Tudor period. Using the Character Cards, one of you sits in the hot seat with the card and just read the top sentence (only reveal the rest of the information when asked a question about it). The interviewer needs to find out what has happened to this character and find out how they are feeling. Take turns to be in the hot-seat.
