Absence Work / Enforced Closure Work

Dear Parents & Carers,

We have put together some ideas for a range of activities that can be completed at home whilst your children are absent. The following are suggestions suitable for any age or ability. Feel free to choose from any year group.

The links are below - Oak Academy is a government-run virtual school with lessons for each year group.  You can pick and choose the lessons from your child/ren's year group that you may wish them to do.

There is also a link for BBC bitesize which also has excellent lesson resources for all year groups.  White Rose maths has year-group lessons for catch up and there are also story-writing prompts and online reading books to support your child's learning.

If we have an enforced closure at school for 1-2 days (snow, flood, power cut or other emergency) - please use this page.

You can access your child's weekly spellings / homework from their class pages.

Access additional work from the links below.

Should we be closed for over 2 consecutive days we will contact parents and revert to online learning.

Check out this document that contains lots of links to fun fitness activites

And for a little bit of easy art, with little prep needed, try the link below to relax your mind as well as the body...
